A: We are a manufacturer with our own factory and production lines, providing high-quality products at competitive prices. Additionally, we have a professional procurement team to assist you in sourcing specific items as needed.

A: We mainly specialize in solid wood furniture, with core products including solid wood beds, bedside tables, dressers and other bedroom solid wood items. Beyond our core solid wood furniture line, we can also assist in sourcing other types of furniture products according to your requirements.

Q3: How can we get samples, and what is the sample lead time?
A: We generally do not provide free samples, and the sample cost is determined by the product design. The sample fee will be refunded once you place the official order. The sample lead time is approximately 7-15 working days, depending on the materials used and printing specifications.

Q4: What is your after-sales service, and how long is the warranty period?
A: Our after-sales service covers urgent issues such as stock-outs and product damage; minor problems will be resolved within 3-5 working days. We offer a 3-year warranty for our products, and the actual service life of the furniture can exceed 10 years.

Q5: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample production (1-5 pieces), we can finish the production within 10 days after payment confirmation and shop drawing approval. For bulk production, the lead time is 50-60 days after payment confirmation, drawing submission and material preparation.

A: After order confirmation, we will start production in strict accordance with the approved dimensions, colors and styles. We track each product throughout the manufacturing process, conduct comprehensive assembly inspections before shipment, and package the furniture securely with protective materials to ensure safe transportation.
